VLC Jtree offers rad amenities, views, community vibes and all the new things we’re currently beta testing for the rest of the network. Come see where it all started and where it’s all going!

Smack dab in between San Diego (1 hr.), Los Angeles (1.5 hr.) & the beaches of Oceanside/Carlsbad (45 min.) this epic 160 acres of coastal mountains in Southern California is the perfect home base for any type of adventure. Featuring ocean views, sweeping groves and one of the raddest shared nomad spaces that we have to offer, all within a stone’s throw of the beautiful town of Fallbrook, CA which offers, wineries, breweries, restaurants and groceries. Come spend a few weeks at Splitrock, make some friends, relax and head down to the beach.

Designed specifically for digital nomads and vehicle dwellers, The Barn has a dedicated co-working space, communal kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, laundry, fire pits, games and more.

Just under an hour south of Portland sits this lovingly cultivated 25 acre waterfront ranch. Enjoy private beaches on the Molalla River, a designated communal van life area equipped with Wi-Fi, toilets, a shower and a covered hang out patio. This working cattle ranch comes equipped or within spitting distance of all the activities you could need including a free-to-use paddle boat to get you out on the water.
