VLC DEVELOPMENT FUND
This project is a labor of love to provide rad spaces for nomads to build community on the road. We operate like a non-profit on the lowest margins possible so that we can provide you as much value as possible. Any profits this project makes goes back to help support our small team of part-time nomads.
This non-profit philosophy makes it difficult for us to find the capital in order to make improvements to the locations this community enjoys. We’d love any support from those who can spare to help us with on-site improvement and development projects. There’s always things we want to add, and more often need to fix as the elements and usage take their toll. From bathroom facilities, to co-work/hang spaces, kitchen areas, etc.

With a barely working stove, chipping paint and no shade we’ve got big plans for the community kitchen in Jtree. We want to rebuild the entire kitchen under a shade structure with new stove, sink and sturdier/increased counter space.
