Just under an hour south of Portland sits this lovingly cultivated 25 acre waterfront ranch.
Enjoy private beaches on the Molalla River, a designated communal van life area equipped with Wi-Fi, toilets, a shower and a covered hang out patio.
This working cattle ranch comes equipped or within spitting distance of all the activities you could need including a free-to-use paddle boat to get you out on the water.

This location has rotating Camphosts. We give our growing group of vetted nomad hosts the ability to sign-up for Camphost stints on-demand while they travel.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on-leash except for designated “dog run or offleash” areas.
Arriving: 2WD vehicles can easily access spots. Check-in starts at 3pm and checkout by noon.
