This Isn’t Some Get Rich Quick Bullshit…

In fact, I’m not even rich. What I am is free. I make enough to live, grow my wealth and continue buying land. I travel between beautiful homesteads and campgrounds with the weather, work when I want, travel when I want and answer to no one.

So this isn’t a get rich quick scheme. It’s a new way to live using a set of tools, skills and systems I’ve spent the last six years of my life sweating, bleeding and crying to develop so that you don’t have to. It is a proven method to generate income, life long friendships, and beautiful places to live that I will guide you through step by step.

But Who Am I?

Meet Your Coach Aidan…

I’m a lifelong nomad who’s lived full-time on the road for the last 10 years. While historically I made a living building out marketing departments and scaling series A tech start-ups I’ve spent the last six years of my life doing something different.

In 2019 I bought a piece of land just outside Joshua Tree National Park in California. This piece of land changed the trajectory of the rest of my life. At the time this piece of land checked a few boxes for me. It gave me a homebase closer to friends and family between travel stints (moving around gets tiring sometimes). This land allowed me to get outside and build stuff with my hands, which felt great after a full day of staring at screens. It even allowed me the canvas on which to paint my crazy idea of combining hostels with campgrounds to create communal homebases for other full-time nomads, travelers and vanlifers like myself (called it Van Life Campgrounds).

So I began to build, outdoor showers, a compost toilet, a game night and co-working space, raised bed gardens, shaded hang out areas, a tiny cabin, the list goes on and I’m still building to this day!

As I began to build I began to spread the word about this place in the desert built for nomads to meet other nomads. As the word began to spread, people began to show up and not only show up but pay me to be there. Eventually the space begin filling up and my ambitions of making a network of campgrounds begun.

So I quit my high paying marketing job to do something crazy and 3 years later I’m the founder and CEO of Van Life Campgrounds, with network of 5 locations (and counting) and a team of rad nomads who believe in the vision and help me grow it. Over these years of growing VLC (van life campgrounds) I’ve also consulted and partnered with 20+ other land/camp/glamp/rv park owners either as VLC partners or as a marketing and growth consultant on the side.

When it comes to finding, buying, building, scaling and generating revenue from land there aren’t many people on earth who have a deeper understanding of this world than I do.

By the end of the course you will have turned your vision into a plan of action that can change the course of your life. You’ll see what’s possible with real world examples and what’s worked for me and others like me.

You will be starting at step zero with 10 other students who also want to create freedom for themselves through land. Through our digital community, co-work and accountability sessions you’ll get to know these 10 students and all be able to bounce ideas, see each others progress, learn from each others wins and fails. These will be your first friends and peers in the industry.

8 Months Of Consulting

You’ll spend the next 8 months with me in 1:1 consulting sessions as we take your game plan and implement it step by step together until your property is bought and being built on! These sessions are custom tailored to your vision and will breakdown everything you learned from the 8 weeks of training into monthly and weekly action items that you can tackle one at a time.

Course Section
Months 1-2

You will spend your first 2 months in the course section of the accelerator. Here you will learn everything that is possible to help you craft the perfect vision and game plan. Most programs stop here.

Group Section
Months 2-10

During the course section weekly group work sessions will open up for you to apply the lessons, get feedback on your action items and see what your peers are doing. This is one of the most powerful parts of the accelerator (if you use it).

Consulting Section
Months 3-10

After you’ve learned what’s possible you will work one on one directly with me to nail down your unique vision, best revenue & funding sources for that vision. Then turn that vision into action items that we work through together month over month.

Part 1: Turn Your Vision Into Action

  • Learn how I raise funds for my campgrounds and multiple of the different fundraising models I’ve tried, failed and succeeded at.

  • Workshop how to create a pitch deck and communicate your vision to investors.

  • See the paperwork and contracts I use with partners, investors and co-owners to keep everything safe, legal and secure.

Part 3: Find The Perfect Piece Of Land

  • Key elements to narrow your search and create a short list of potentially perfect fits.

  • How to find the right zoning & land use options.

  • Ways raw land can be utilized to make income and recoup costs before you build.

Part 4: Earn A Diversified Income

  • Caretakers & camphosts, how to find them, vet them and onboard them (for free!).

Part 8: Long Terms Goals & Growth

  • Workshop long term financial & personal goals within your land/business/community.

    The second section of the accelerator is all about taking action on that vision and working with me one on one to actualize your specific dream!
